2016 CHINESE GRAND PRIX: NICO ROSBERG WINS HIS 6TH CONSECUTIVE RACE TO MAKE HISTORY

German Mercedes driver, Nico Rosberg continues his winning streak, his sixth consecutive win from last season andd his third this season at Chinese Grand Prix held on Sunday, 17th April.
Nico on Saturday had already taken the pole while his teammate and world Champion, Lewis Hamilton started the race last on the grid after his engine blew up in qualifying.

Sunday's race was a dramatic and exciting race as all 22 drivers finished the race with no car having  to be retired.

There was a chaotic start at the race as Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel made contact with his teammate, Kimi Raikkonen pushing him off the track as Red Bull's Danill Kyvat charged down inside the Ferrari's as Sebastian Vettel  described it like a 'torpedo'.

Lewis Hamilton lost his front wing at the start after Felipe Nasr's Sauber ripped a great chunk off his front wing trying to avoid Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikonnen who had crashed into each other.

Red Bull's Daniel Riccardo had passed Nico Rosberg at the start and was leading  until a puncture at lap three saw him make a pit stop and handed the race to Nico Rosberg who never looked back and made no mistakes as he led the race from then on to finish with a whopping 38 seconds ahead of the second place winner, Sebastian Vettel.

Daniel Ricciardo worked his way back to fourth position after overtaking Lewis Hamilton at some point.

Lewis Hamilton did fantastic racing on Sunday from the last position he worked his way to the seventh position after making 5 pit stops at the race.

Lewis described his car at the race as driving a 'four-poster bed'. He however says he has no more jokers left and needs to get it right henceforth as Nico Rosberg now has 36 points ahead of Lewis after all the points are tallied this season.

Nico Rosberg made history at this Chinese Grand Prix, becoming the fourth person in history of the sport to win six consecutive races after Alberto Ascari, Michael Schumacher and Sebastian Vettel.

Congrats Nico!!!!
