AFCON 2015: DR CONGO BEATS HOST COUNTRY EQUATORIAL GUINEA IN THIRD PLACE MATCH

Dr Congo today beat the host country Equatorial Guinea by 4-2 through penalties in the third place match at the Africa Cup of Nations 2015.
The play- off went without any incidence today unlike in the semi-finals between Ghana and Equatorial Guinea when there was a stalemate after supporters of the host country started throwing missiles at the players.
After normal time the scores today remained 0-0.
But the winning penalty for Dr Congo was struck by defender, Cedric Mongongu.
