FASHION POLICE CO-HOST KELLY OSBOURNE GIVES ULTIMATUM TO GIULIANA RANCIC

Fashion Police co-host, Kelly Osbourne through several tweets has given Giuliana and the "Fashion Police" bosses ultimatum to make it right with Zendaya for the ugly statements made by Giuliana on Zendaya's dreadlocks or the world will know how she really feels about those statements.

Kelly Osbourne who is friends with Zendaya tweeted, "Iam giving everybody 24 hours to make it right or the world will hear how I really feel"

She went on to add that she does not condone racism of any sort and questions staying on the show.

Giuliana Rancic got herself in hot water when she said Zendaya who spotted dreadlocks to the Oscars must smell like patchouli oil or weed and got fans outraged.

Giuliana  after Kelly's tweets apologised again on "E! News"
