INDIAN PRIME MINISTER AUCTIONS HIS SUIT FOR $690,000

Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has auctioned the pinstripe suit he wore when President Obama visited India in January for $690,000.
Prime Minister Modi was attacked by critics when it was made known that the suit had pinstripes spelling out his name.
The prime minister auctioned the suit and various other gifts, saying that he would use the funds to clean the river Ganges.
Guess you are wondering who bought the suit. It was bought by an indian diamond trader Mr Hitesh Patel on behalf of his father Lavji, who owns  Dharmanandan Diamonds, a company that has annual turnover of $900million.
