NIGERIAN WOMAN ACTIVIST WINS JAPANS PEACE PRIZE

Nigerian activist, Esther Ibanga has been awarded Niwano Peace Foundation Prize of $170,000 for her persistent vocal protest against kidnappings  by BOKO HARAM.

Esther it was noted worked extensively to foster and facilitate reconciliation among conflicting religious and tribal groups. She has also set up an organisation that has women of all tribes as members.
