The Minister of Aviation , Mr Osita Chidoka said some private jet operators in the country were threatening him and staff of Federal Ministry of Aviation who barred them from operating commercial flights.
He says all aircraft operators have to work within the armbit of the law and regulations of NCAA no matter their status.
