TWO AUSSIES AND 5 FOREIGNERS SOON TO BE EXECUTED BY INDONESIA FOR DRUG RELATED OFFENCES

Two Austrialians and five other foreigners from France, Brazil, Ghana and Nigeria have lost their appeal for presidential clemency , their last hope of avoiding the death penalty for drug related offences.
As a result they would soon be moved to Indonesian Island maximum prison for execution.
However, the transfer of the Aussies, Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran to the Indonesian Island maximum prison for execution will not go ahead this weekend as previously planned by the Indonesian government.
Authorities in Indonesia said the Aussies will be the next batch that will be executed by firing squad, but the date has not been set and the government of Indonesia has not said which foreigners will be executed with them.
The delay for the Aussies came as a result of Austrialian government's clamour for more time so that their family members could visit them.
Under Indonesian law, a death row inmate is notified three days before his execution date.
All the former and present ministers of Austrialia have come together in one voice asking for clemency.
In Nigeria, the families and friends of death row inmates in Indonesia held a protest march in front of the Indonesian embassy in Lagos.
