UPDATE ON BRUCE JENNER'S GHASTLY MOTOR ACCIDENT

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's department are trying to find out if Bruce Jenner was texting and driving when he reared into a white lexus on saturday, an accident in which an elderly woman driving a white lexus died.

A search warrant for his phone is to be gotten. If Bruce Jenner was texting and driving then he would be prosecuted for vehicular manslaughter as it is against the law to text and drive.

However, a new photo has surfaced showing that Bruce was smoking not texting just before the impact with the white lexus.

There is also a controversy on the story of the driver of the Toyota prius who was in front of the white lexus.

Her story seems suspicious as she said that she stopped due to the red light but her car was 300 feet from the light. When asked if there were cars in front of her, her answer was vague.

It is believed that she allegedly might have stopped abruptly in order to make an illegal U-turn which made the car behind, the white lexus driven by the elderly woman to ram into her.
