BILL CLINTON'S NEW PORTRAIT: ARTIST SAYS HE INCLUDED REFERENCE TO THE MONICA LEWINSKY SCANDAL

You all remember Former President Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky's scandalous  affair when Bill Clinton was the President of the United States and Monica's famous blue dress which had Bill Clinton's DNA all over it.

Well the artist who painted Bill Clinton's portrait, Nelson Shanks told Philadelphia Daily News that he secretly included a reference to the Monica Lewinsky/ Bill Clinton scandal in the portrait with a shadow next to Clinton which he got by placing a blue dress on a mannequin.

I guess when next we look at a Bill Cinton portrait , we will be wondering what the artist might have sneaked in.

Whenever we think this scandal will go away, somehow it is usually resurrected.
