BOSTON BOMBER DZHOKHAR TSARNAEV INDICTED IN THE MURDER OF POLICE OFFICER SEAN COLLIER


Boston Marathon Bomber, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev who is currently standing trial for the 2013 bombing during the annual Boston Marathon has been indicted for the murder of  MIT officer, Sean Collier by a Middlesex County Grand Jury.

Police Officer, Sean Collier was shot as Boston Metro area was under curfew on the evening of 13th April, 2013 after the bombing at the annual Boston Marathon event.

Tsarnaev currently faces the possibility of death penalty if he is convicted  of charges that he engineered the bombing with his older brother, Tarmelan.

Massachusetts District Attorney said she planned to prosecute Tsarnaev for the murder of MIT officer, Sean Collier once his current Federal trial ends.

Tsarnaev's defence lawyers have portayed him as being under the influence of his older brother, Tarmelan who masterminded the attack.
