JUSTIN BIEBER SUED BY NEIGHBOUR OVER OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOUR

Canadian music superstar, Justin Bieber is being sued by Jeffrey Schwart,  the same neighbour he already paid roughly $80,000 in restitution for egging his home.

This time Jeffrey Schwart is suing him for offensive behaviour. He claims that Justin Bieber spit in his face during a discussion and terrorised his family with loud parties, drug use and aggressive driving.

The lawsuit was filed on Thursday and the Petitioner, Jeffrey Schwart is seeking more than $25,000 in damages for inflicting emotional distress; assault and battery when Justin lived in the gated community in Calabasas, California.

The singer's publicist has not commented on this new suit.
