KEHINDE OSHADIPE HITS THE STUDIO TO PAY TRIBUTE TO LATE TWIN SISTER TAIWO

The  loss of Taiwo Oshadipe late last year was a devastating blow to her twin sister Kehinde and the Nigerian twindom which divaparrots belong to. Divaparrots have met Taiwo and Kehinde  Oshadipe on a few ocassions before Taiwo  passed away.

You could not tell the difference between two of them . They were so close and wore same outfit wherever they went. It really touched everyone who knew them to the core of their beings. Both of them were musicians and were known as the Oshadipe Twins.

Kehinde is reported to have hit the studio to record a song for her late sister Taiwo and it was very emotional as she and those with her in the studio broke down several times while making the song.  Part of the lyrics goes like this;
"Staring at a blank sheet
Trying to find my heart beat
And suddenly
it dawned on me you're gone
it seems as if you still here
I can still feel you so near
Everything reminds me of you
The love we share
The pains we bear
The memories we had
And how I'm gonna live without you
Mirror mirror
Where is my reflection
Can't just find a word
to describe all that you are
Ha! Ole o (its hard)
Afi kolouwa ranmi iowo( unless God helps me)
But you told me to be strong
To know I have to move on
I'm trying hard to be strong
I have unfufilled dreams inside of me....."

So painful, tears are welling up as we write this. Cannot even imagine her pain.
May Taiwo's soul rest in peace.
