KELLY OSBOURNE SAYS SHE PLANS TO REMOVE HER OVARIES LIKE ANGELINA JOLIE

The former Fashion Police Star, Kelly Osbourne during an appearance on a US show, "The Talk"  said that genetic testing showed that she was carrying the cancer genes which potentially might put her at risk of getting breast cancer and ovarian cancer.

She said on the program,
 " I actually do have the cancer gene. My mum made all of us go and get tested after she found out she had it and got double mastectomy"

"I will eventually have to do it too because if I have children, I want to be there to bring them up. I want to be there to support them in every way I can."

"I have been the child of a cancer survivor, so being on that end as well is really, really hard to deal with, so I'm so lucky to have the brave mother I have that has taught me so much".

Speaking on Angelina Jolie's decision to remove her ovaries through surgery, Kelly said, "It's something I applaud Angelina for because she's bringing attention to this, and people are now going to go out and get tested for it"

Kelly's mother Sharon Osbourne underwent double mastectomy two years ago as a preventive measure against breast cancer. Sharon Osbourne also battled colon cancer about 10 years ago.
