MODEL'S WAIST SHRINKS TO 20 INCHES AFTER SIX YEARS OF WEARING WAIST TRAINERS 23 HOURS EVERYDAY

Aleira Avendano ,25,  from Venezuela has been wearing waist trainer 23 hours everyday for the past six years and despite doctors warning her she may be doing damage to her body.

Aleira now has a 20 inch waist. She has been warned to stop  waist- training immediately by her doctor Andres Ruiz.
