Aishat Noble Mustapha was violently murdered two weeks ago at her residence in Ogudu GRA.
Aishat was buried at the insistence of her family while investigation is on-going.
Contrary to speculations that she was killed by her married lover, new reports indicate she was allegedly murdered by a neighbour whose advances she rejected.
The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Kenneth Nwosu while speaking on the case said,
"Crime has no time limit. I want to say that police is still investigating. Some tests have been conducted and autopsy done. But we cannot add to the family's trauma; they requested the burial and we allowed it"
May her gentle soul rest in peace.
