NORTH KOREA SAYS KNIFE ATTACK ON US AMBASSADOR A JUSTIFIED EXPRESSION OF RESISTANCE

The North Korea's state media did not waste time in rejoicing following the terrorist attack on US Ambassador to South Korea, Mark Lippert by Kim Ki Jong in Seoul early Thursday calling it "just punishment for U.S. warmongers" " a knife shower of justice" and a sign of growing anti-US sentiment most likely in reference to the joint South Korea -United States military drill.

 The attacker, Kim Ki Jong is a  known serial violent person and the US Ambassador Mark Lippert had to undergo 80 stiches following this attack.

He is currently doing well following a two and half hour surgery.
