POPE PERFORMS "HALF MIRACLE" IN NAPLES

Did the Pontiff ,Pope Francis perform "half miracle" while on a visit  to Mafia territory of Naples.
The dried blood of Saint Januaries half-liquified during a ceremony when Pope Francis kissed the relic.
Upon seeing this, the Archbishop of Naples, Crescenzio Sepe showed the glass vial to the congregation and declared, "The blood has half liquified, which shows that Saint Januarius loves our Pope and Naples" to which the Pontiff replied that the city has failed to win the full approval of Saint  Janarius.
The Pontiff continued, "We must all spread the word, so that he loves us more!".
Saint Janarius was a Roman bishop who was decapitated during the persecution of christians in 305AD during the reign of Emperor Diocletian.
According to tradition in Naples, if the vial of Saint Janarius does not liquify during the showing , it portends bad omen.
In 1527 and 1528 when the dried blood of Saint Janarius didnot liquify during the showing, it was followed by a plague.
1559 non-liquefaction was followed by famine.
