TINUBU SUES AIT FOR =N=150 BILLION

The former governor of Lagos State Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has sued the African Independent Television (AIT) for =N=150 billion for what he claimed as a  defamatory documentary being aired on AIT called "Unmaskimg The Real Tinubu"

Asiwaju Bola Tinubu's lawyer, Tunji Abayomi had a few days ago written to Daar Communications, owners of AIT to desist from further airing of the documentary and demanded =N=200 billion as damages for the reputation and intergrity of Bola Tinubu.

However, Daar Communications replied Bola Tinubu through their lawyer Mike Ozekhome saying that Daar Communications by airing the documentary was only carrying out their constitutional right and that the letter by Bola Tinubu's lawyer should be retrieved and given the same publicity as when it was sent.

Not satisfied with Daar Communications response, Tunji Abayomi, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu's lawyer has gone ahead to file a suit of =N=150 billion against Daar Communications.
