ANDREW GETTY, GRANDSON OF BILLIONAIRE J.PAUL GETTY FOUND DEAD IN HIS HOME

Andrew Getty, the grandson of billionaire J.Paul Getty has been found dead on Tuesday afternoon in his home in Los Angeles.

Ann and Gordon Getty, parents of 47 year old Andrew confirmed the death and requested for privacy.

Los Angeles Police Department Commander Smith said, "it was very early in investigation, witnesses have been questioned and no one was in custody"
"At first glance it does appear not to be criminal act but that could change', Smith said on Tuesday.

"He had some medication that was recovered and don't know if he had taken the medication or what his medical history is, we do have a doctors name that we're also going to follow up"said Ed Winter, Coroner's Office Spokesman.

The cause of Andrew Getty's death is unknown.

J.Paul Getty, Andrews grandfather was at one time one of the richest men in United States.
