BREAKING NEWS: AMERICAN AND ITALIAN HOSTAGE MISTAKENLY KILLED IN A U.S. COUNTER TERRORISM OPERATION

Dr. Warren Weinstein, an American aid worker held hostage by Al- Qaeda was accidentally killed in a U.S. counter terrorism operation along with an Italian hostage. In a separate operation another American, Adam Gadahn who became a prominent Al-Qaeda member was also accidentally killed. This was announced on Thursday  by White House officials.
White House said it was unaware that the four were in the sites that were targeted.
