HIV: SELF TESTING KITS GO ON SALE ACROSS THE UNITED KINGDOM

HIV self testing kits go on sale today across the U.K. People will be able to test themselves for the virus by pricking their fingers and the result will be released in 15 minutes.
The kit comes with a bag with which used testing kits can be sealed and disposed off in household waste.
The self testing kit will be available from central and north west NHS foundation trust which covers Milton Keynes.
This is the first self testing kit for HIV in the U.K. that individuals will be able to receive results at home like pregnancy test.
The self test kit is produced by BioSURE a company which specialises in the provision of rapid in-vitro diagnostic testing solution.
