KENYA UNIVERSITY ATTACK: TERRORISTS USED VICTIMS' PHONE TO CALL PARENTS TO PHONE THE PRESIDENT

Al Shabab gunmen who stormed Kenya's Garissa University College campus called the father of a girl they had murdered and ordered him to call the Kenyan President to withdraw Kenyan troops from Somalia.

Fred Musinai said he received a call from his daughter who was studying Teaching in the morning informing him of the attack and at 1pm he received another call from the terrorists who said his daughter had been killed. The caller said Kenyan defence forces had killed their women, children and elderly in Somalia and that the attack was a revenge mission. The caller said Mr. Musinai should pass the information to the President.

Kenyan troops have been deployed to the streets of Garissa and curfew imposed on the town and surrounding areas from dusk to dawn following Thursday's attack.

Survivors said the terrorists stormed the campus at 5.30am killing suspected christians. It was obvious according to the survivors that the terrorists had surveyed the campus before the attack and went  to the hall where christians do their morning prayers to start killing them.
