KUNLE AFOLAYAN APOLOGISES TO IGBOS FOR BLAMING THEM FOR PIRACY OF MOVIES

Multiple award winning actor, producer Kunle Folayan has apologised to Igbos after calling them out as responsible for piracy of movies. This comes on the heels of Oba Akiolu's statement threatening to kill Igbo leaders if they do not vote for the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Lagos State, Ambode at Saturday's governorship elections in Nigeria.

Another Nollywood actress, Uche Jombo had taken up Kunle Afolayan for such a racist and tribalistic statement informing him that without the Igbos there would be no Nollywood and while every film maker would want piracy curbed, it should not be blamed on a particular tribe.
