OKLAHOMA RESERVE SHERIFF'S DEPUTY CHARGED WITH MANSLAUGHTER IN THE SHOOTING TO DEATH OF ERIC HARRIS


According to Tulsa County district attorney, Oklahoma reserve sheriff's deputy, Robert Charles Bates,73, has been charged with second degree manslaughter in the shooting to death of an unarmed black man, Eric Courtney Harris,44.
The deputy shot Eric Harris on April 2 during a struggle following  a police sting.
Robert Charles Bates, Oklahoma  deputy mistakenly shot Eric Courtney with a gun thinking he was tasing him.
In the videotape of the incident, the deputy on realising his mistake could be heard saying,
"I shot him! I'm sorry!"
