OUSTED EGYPTIAN PRESIDENT JAILED 20 YEARS FOR KILLING PROTESTERS



Egypt's first elected President, Mohammed Morsi has been jailed 20 years for the killing of protesters in 2012.
A Cairo Criminal Court issued the verdict where Morsi and other defendants stood in a sound proof glass cage at the Egypt's National Police Academy makeshift court room.
When violence brokeout outside the presidential palace in 2012, at least 10 people were killed when Moris 's supporters attacked opposition protesters.
Islamist supporters and 12 leaders from Muslim Brotherhood were also sentenced to 20 years imprisonment.
The ousted President faces other trials.
