The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu as the winner of the governorship elections in Abia state after the run-off elections held on Saturday, 25th April, 2015.
Dr. Ikpeazu polled 248,459 votes to beat Dr. Alex Otti of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) who secured 165,406 votes.
