SHERRI SHEPHERD ORDERED TO BE NAMED MOTHER TO BABY BORN WITH EX VIA SURROGACY

Sherri Shepherd,47, has been ordered by a judge in Pensylvania to be listed as the mother on the birth certificate of the child that was born via surrogate with ex- husband, Lamar Sally in August, 2014.
Sherri, former 'The View' host didnot want anything to do with the child after she split with ex- husband Lamar Sally.
Sally who is in divorce proceedings with Sherri is excited at the news. Sherri feels she shouldn't be named the mother since her eggs were not used. Sherry has said that she feels she was tricked into having the baby.
