TRENDING: OBA OF LAGOS, AKIOLU ALLEGEDLY THREATENS IGBOS TO VOTE FOR APC GOVERNORSHIP CANDIDATE

Trending in Nigeria is a video in which Oba of Lagos, Rilwan Akiolu is heard allegedly threatening Igbo leaders with whom he had a meeting on Sunday, 5th April that if the Igbos do not vote for the All Progressives Congress (APC) Governorship candidate for Lagos State, Ambode come Saturday's elections, they will be dealt with.

The story came out this morning but later in the day, a video surfaced where the Oba could be heard clearly threatening the Igbo leaders.

This video has rattled the whole  of Lagos State and it is the topic trending all over social media.

We have been reluctant to report this since we cannot verify the authenticity of the video, but if the  Oba said what is being alleged it is really unfortunate.

Celebrities, individuals and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have condemned Oba's statement.
