V.STIVIANO TO RETURN $2.6MILLION SHOWERED ON HER AS GIFTS BY EX-CLIPPERS OWNER, DONALD STERLING

A Los Angeles court on Tuesday ruled that V.Stiviano is owing Shelly Sterling the sum of $2.6 million being value of gifts showered on her by Shelly's husband, Donald Sterling, Ex-Clippers owner which included a Ferrari, a Bentley,a Range Rover and the lion's share of a $1.8million duplex during their 2 1/2 year relationship.
Judge Richard Fruin Jr. awarded Shelly nearly all of the $3million she had sought.
Donald Sterling had bought V.Stiviano a house, luxury cars and stocks which Shelly claimed the money came from community property.
Stiviano's lawyer however claimed that the gifts were made when Donald and Shelly were separated and as such could not seek them from Stiviano.
S.Stiviano a year ago recorded Donald Sterling making racially offensive statement that cost him his team ownership.
The recordings proved to be V.Stiviano's undoing as it was from it that Shelly learnt about the various gifts and 80 year old Donald and Stiviano could be heard discussing how to shield the gifts from Shelly.
Shelly filed the suit against Stiviano one month before the recording of Donald telling Stiviano not to associate with black people was released which caused Donald his team ownership and got him banned for life.
It is alleged that Stiviano released the tapes in retaliation for the lawsuit filed by Shelly.
