CHINA: RESIDENTS PUT NOISY CHARACTER 'CHAO' ON WINDOWS OF A BUILDING NEAR EXPRESSWAY

Residents  have on May 18th 2015 put up the Chinese character Chao, meaning noisy on windows of a building near an expressway in Changsha city, capital of Central China's Hunan Province.
The local residents say they have been affected by the noise of the beeping car horns and train whistles.
