NICK LOEB WANTS A SURROGATE TO CARRY THE EMBRYOS HE CREATED WITH SOFIA VERGARA

Nick Loeb  wants a surrogate to carry and give birth to two embryos he created  with Sofia Vergara through in vitro fertilisation. However the actress has refused according to Nick. As such he has headed to court to have a document which they both signed at the time of the IVF stating that any embryos could only be brought to term with both parents consent voided as it didnot specify what would happen if the couple separated.
Nick has offered to pay all expenses and take full responsibility for raising the children,
"When we created embryos for the purpose of life, should we not define them as life rather than property?" "A woman is entitled to bring pregnancy to term even if the man objects" " Should a man who is willing to take all parental responsibilities be similarly entitled to bring embryos to term even if the woman objects?" Nick said.
When asked if she had any comment on Nick Loeb's article, Sofia Vegara said, "NO".
