
Buhari said this on Thursday when a committee from the Centre for Human Security from the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential library presented him with a five point policy document which centred on economy, security, power, education and infrastructure in Abuja.
Director Media and Publicity of All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Organisation, Alhaji Garba Shehu told journalists that Buhari regretted that the outgoing government which is supposed to give him tips on how to take off has done nothing so far.
The APC in a statement said that as at May 14th two weeks to handover date of May 29th, no handover note has been given by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) led government to the transition committee.
Alhaji Garba Shehu added that the President-elect, Buhari was grateful to Obasanjo for the gesture and that the incoming administration will need his advice from time to time.
Obasanjo had set up a thintank committee to study the challenges facing the country in five key areas.
Some members of the committee include former High Commissioner to UK, Dr Chris Kolade and former Minister of Finance, Kalu Idika Kalu.
