BOBBI KRISTINA UPDATE: LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST NICK GORDON FOR PHYSICAL ABUSE AND THEFT

Bobbi Kristina Brown ,22, has been taken off life support and currently being taken care of in a hospice.
Her aunt, Pat Houston said Bobbi's condition has continued to deteriorate.
Nick Gordon has been hit with a lawsuit from Bedelia Hargrove, a court appointed conservator for Bobbi claiming he physically abused her on several occasions and stole from her while she was in coma .
The lawsuit states that " just prior to January 31, 2015, Brown had confided to someone that Gordon was not the man she thought he was and set up a time on January 31, 2015 to meet with this person to further discuss the revelation".
It further states , "Brown never made it to the meeting , instead on the morning of January 31, 2015, Bobbi became embroiled in a loud argument with Gordon at her town home". The loud argument ended and Bobbi was later found unresponsive and unconscious face down in a bathtub with her mouth swollen and another tooth knocked out.
The lawsuit further asserts that even after Bobbi's hospitalisation, while she was in comma, Gordon accessed her bank accounts and stole in excess of $11, 000 from her bank accounts .
It is also claimed that Gordon falsely represented himself as Bobbi's husband, gaining access to her accounts .
It further accused Gordon of of physically assaulting Bobbi and claimed that Gordon inflicted visible, life altering bodily harm on Bobbi causing her to suffer severe emotional distress.
In all,  the lawsuit is asking for punitive damages of $40 million and asking that the case be tried by a jury.
Prosecutors in Fulton County, Georgia have told TMZ that in view of the new circumstances and health status of Bobbi Kristina, they will be reviewing the case with greater interest.
