FRANCE SUMMONS UNITED STATES ENVOY OVER WIKILEAKS CLAIMS UNITED STATES SPIED ON 3 OF ITS PRESIDENTS

Officials say France has summoned US envoy in Paris over Wikileaks claims United States spied on President Francois Hollande and two of his predecessors.
Wikileaks, the whistleblower website claims US National Security Agency (NSA) spied on Mr. Hollande, Nicolas Sarkozy and Jacques Chirac between 2006 and 2012.
The United States however says it will not comment on specific intelligence allegations.
US National Security Council Spokesman, Ned Price has said that US is not targeting and will not target the communications of Mr. Hollande.
