NEW TOGO COACH DISAPPOINTED WITH EMMANUEL ADEBAYOR

New Togo coach, Tom Saintfiet has accused Togo captain, Emmanuel Adebayor of Tottenham Hotspur of lack of discipline after he failed to join the squad on time ahead of Africa Cup of Nations qualifier next weekend.

Saintfiet has told a news conference in Lome on Friday, "I saw him on Wednesday and Friday but he is not at the hotel" "He is among the important players for the team but I cannot work with them when they are not in the squad. They should have the same disciplines as others".
Belgian Tom Saintfiet was speaking before the team departed Togo for a friendly with Ghana on Monday.
Togo will take on Liberia on Sunday, June 14th in Lome in a Group A fixture that starts theirqualifying campaign for 2017 Nations Cup finals.
Tottenham Hotspur had given Emmanuel Adebayor compassion leave twice last season to return to Africa to sort out his personal family feud which the player posted on Facebook.
