SECOND NY PRISON ESCAPEE , DAVID SWEAT SHOT AND CAPTURED ALIVE

The second prisoner, David Sweat who escaped from a New York prison has been shot and captured alive.
He was captured while jogging two miles from the Canadian border wearing head to toe camouflage.
A State Trouper and a veteran, Sergent Jay Cook, 21, patrolling the area David was jogging, got out to question David who broke into a run. Sergent Cook recognised him and opened fire when David ran near a tree, almost vanishing from sight.
Sweat was treated at the scene by first responders and later transported to Alice Hyde Medical Center, a small hospital in Malone, New York, 40 miles from Clinton Correctional Facility where he escaped from on June 6th.
Davd Sweat was wheeled out of an emergency unit in a stable condition at 6.25p.m with an IV in his arm bound for Albany Center, 200 miles south under heavy escort.
New York Governor, Andrew Cuomo while addressing reporters on Sunday said, "The nightmare is over".
David's capture comes two days after his fellow fugitive, Richard Matt was killed by police.
