TRENDING: BOSTON MARATHON BOMBER, DZHOKHAR TSARNAEV APOLOGISES FOR THE FIRST TIME

Boston Marathon bomber, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has for the first time on Wednesday apologised for the 2013 deadly attack he carried out with his brother, Tarmelan  before a judge formerly sentenced him to death.

Dzhokar had not made any public statement since he was arrested more than two years ago. Everyone wondered if he would say anything when given the chance to speak.
Dzhokhar said after sitting for three hours listening to victims and their loved ones lash out at him for his dastardly act,
"Iam sorry for the lives that I've taken, for the suffering that I've caused you, for the damage that I've done, irreparable damage".
To the victims he said, "I pray for your relief , for your healing"
"All those who got up on that witness stand and that podium relayed to us, to me---I was listening---the suffering that was and the hardship that still is, with strength, with patience, with dignity".
Dzhokhar, 21,  was 19 years old when he and his brother, Tarmelan bombed the annual Boston Marathon in 2013.
Every death sentence has an automatic appeal.
