The case was settled out of court early this year for $50,000 and Brown claims she received half payment in February but is still owed the remaining half.
According to TMZ, Brown has now filed documents asking a judge to get Tyga to pay the other $25,000 in addition to financial penalty.
Browns claims are that in November 2011, she was approached by a man close to Tyga who told her she had a good look for Tyga's video.
When she showed up at a Hollywood hills mansion for the shoot, the producers got her drunk though she was just 20 years old and no one asked for her ID.
Someone in yellow rabbit costume grabbed her and began dry humping her and while she pulled away, another man grabbed her breast.
Brown further alleges that she was coerced to remove her top with the promise that her nipples will not be shown in the video after final edit, but when the video came out her nipples were shown.
She sued Young Money Entertainment for sexual battery, fraud, invasion of privacy and infliction of emotional distress.
TMZ reports that there is no response from Tyga regarding the outstanding $25,000.
