U.S. VICE PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN LOSES FIRST SON, BEAU BIDEN

United States Vice President, Joe Biden lost his first son, Beau Biden on Saturday.
Beau, 46, a twice elected Attorney General of Delaware died of brain cancer less than 2 years after he was diagnosed.

Beau was hospitalised this month at Walter Reed National Military Centre in Washington. He announced last year that he would not seek a third term as Attorney General and planned to run for governorship in 2016.
The family released a statement,
"It is with broken hearts that Hallie, Hunter, Ashley, Jill and I announce the passing of our husband, brother and son, Beau after he battled brain cancer with the same intergrity, courage and strength he demonstrated everyday of his life", the Vice President said while announcing the death of his second child and first son on Saturday.
"The entire Biden family is saddened beyond words. We know that Beau's spirit will live on in all of us especially through his brave wife, Hallie and two remarkable children" he said.
President Obama said he and Michelle are grieving with Biden family,
"Michelle and I humbly pray for the good Lord to watch over Beau Biden and to protect and comfort his family here on earth", Obama said in a separate statement.
May Beau's gentle soul rest in peace.
