MERS UPDATE AS AT JUNE 30TH

South Korea has reported a new death from MERS making the total deaths to 33. No new cases were reported for three consecutive days and so the total number of confirmed cases remains at 182.
An 81 year old woman was the 33rd fatality. As at Tuesday, 54 patients are being treated with 13 patients in critical conditions. 95 have recovered and about 2,638 remain under quarantine.
