NIGERIA: NASIR EL-RUFAI FILES LAWSUIT AGAINST UNION NEWSPAPERS OVER ALLEGED N90BN ASSET DECLARATION

Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai has filed a lawsuit against Union Newspapers following their publication of July 1st that the governor declared 90 billion naira ($450million) asset to the Code of Conduct Bureau, a report denied by Governor El-Rufai.
Governor El-Rufai personally filed the suit on Monday, 27th July at the Kaduna State High court against the media house accompanied by his deputy, Bala Bantex, his lawyers and top government officials.
