RECIPE: ANGEL LUSH CAKE

Makes/Yield:  10 Servings
Total Time:  1 hr 15 mins
Prep Time: 15 mins

INGREDIENTS
1 can (ounce) DOLE  Crushed Pineapple in Juice (undrained)
1 package (1.5 ounce) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE or COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped
1 package (10 ounce) round angel  food cake (cut horizontally into 3 layers)
10 fresh strawberries
PREPARATION

Mix pineapple and dry pudding. Mix in medium bowl  with whisk until well blended. Stir in COOL WHIP.

Stack cake  layers on a plate, filling layers and topping with pudding mixture.

Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with berries just before serving.
