RECIPE FOR WAFFLES

Total Time: 35 minutes
Makes: 6
Read below the quantity of ingredients and how to make the waffles.
450 grams All-purpose Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
4 Eggs-separated
2 tablespoons Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
4  tablespoons Butter-melted
500 milliliters Milk

Procedure
1. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt, set aside
2. In a large bowl, mix egg yolks and sugar until light yellow. Add vanilla, melted butter and milk.
3.Stir the flour mixture into egg mixture
4. In a separate bowl, whip egg whites until peaks form. Fold into flour/egg mixture until just blended. Do not overmix!
5. Pour the mixture into the waffle iron (amount varies with waffle iron)
