SHERRI SHEPHERD TO PAY $4,100 A MONTH AS CHILD SUPPORT TO A CHILD SHE DIDNOT WANT TO BE THE MUM

According to TMZ, Sherri Shepherd, 48, is to pay $4,100 a month to support a child she had with ex-husband, Lamar Sally via surrogacy.
Sherri has no DNA with the child and had been in a bitter divorce and custody battle with her ex husband.
A judge had in April ordered that Sherri be declared the legal mother of the child born through a donor egg.
Sherri's husband has always claimed that Sherri changed her mind about wanting the child only after they broke up.
It was too late as a surrogate was already pregnant with the child via IVF.
Lamar Jnr will be one year next month and Sherri is to increase his child support to $4600 once he turns 13.
Sherri however feels she was defrauded into having the child as ex- husband Lamar's only intention was to get child support from her.
Sherri insists on one caveat in the agreement to pay child support, that she pursues the fraud claim she has initiated and should the Appeals Court rule in her favour, she will not have to pay any child support.
