EBOLA: ITS CELEBRATIONS AS EBOLA QUARANTINE IS LIFTED IN A VILLAGE IN SIERRA LEONE

A village in Sierra Leone comprising 500 people became the last area in the country to be released from ebola quarantine.
President Ernest Bai Koroma lifted the quarantine in person which led to wild jubilations from over 500 people in the village who had been isolated for 3 weeks and guarded by soldiers.
The President said it was the beginning of the end of Ebola outbreak in Sierra Leone. Meanwhile according to World Health Organisation report for the week up to August 9 there was only one Ebola case in Sierra Leone.
