The Mysterious Girl singer said he took permission from his new wife Emily Macdonagh before he agreed to appear on the show. Peter says his wife isalready teasing him of the sparkly outfits he will be made to wear.
Peter had earlier dismissed suggestions he has an advantage over other contestants because of his popstar career.
Peter is already being tipped to win the show or go very far by bookmakers.
