RECIPE FOR HAM CROISSANTS

INGREDIENTS
1. One 10.1 oz (283g) tube refridgerated croissant dough
2 1 teaspoon honey
3. 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
4. Salt and freshly ground pepper
5. 6 slices cooked ham
6. 1 egg yoke beaten with 1 teaspoon water to glace.
STEPS
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Centigrade). Lightly butter a baking sheet. Unroll the croissant dough and separate the triangles.
Step 2: Mix the mustard and honey together in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Spread over one side of each triangle.
Step 3: Place a slice of ham over each triangle. Don't worry too much if it doesn't fit the triangle as the dough will expand during baking. Roll up each triangle, from its wide side up towards the point.
Step 4: Arrange the triangles point side down, on the baking sheet, spacing them well apart. Brush the tops with the yolk mixture.
Step 5:  Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the croissants are puffed up and golden. Serve immediately.
