THREE MEN ARRESTED WITH A SUSPECTED EXPLOSIVE DEVICE AT A SHOPPING CENTRE IN KENYA

Three men have been arrested at a shopping centre in Kenya capital, Nairobi with a suspected explosive device.
The device has been detonated in a controlled explosion, police say. People have been evacuated from one of the biggest shopping centres in Nairobi.
George Kinoti, Police spokesman says the three men are Kenyans and the explosive was found in one of their bags.
The Governor of Nairobi, Evans Kidero says the Garden City Mall will be opened on Wednesday.
