BIAFRAN LEADER, NNAMDI KANU DENIED BAIL BY AN ABUJA FEDERAL HIGH COURT JUGDE

Biafran Leader, Nnamdi Kanu was today, Friday, 29th January denied bail by Justice John Tsoho presiding over a Federal High Court in Abuja .
According to the Presiding Judge, Justice John Tsoho he poses a national security risk and is to remain in jail throughout his trial as he might jump bail or heat up the polity.

Nnamdi Kanu and two other accused, David Nwawusi and Benjamin Madubugwu are standing trial for treasonable offences including planned secession of Republic of Biafra from Nigeria.

The trial was adjourned to February 9, 10, 11 and 12 by the presiding judge.
