Doug who met the girl on a dating website,Seeking Arrangement where profiles are made for sugar daddies, sugar mummies and sugar babies has admitted in court of having sex with the girl but said he thought she was sixteen years of age.
The court heard how Doug spanked the girl in front of her friend in a rented apartment before taking her alone to a room to have sex with her.
Doug and the girl are said to have exchanged intimate mails online with Doug encouraging her to send nude photos of herself to him.
